Hello Families,

My name is Hailey Auve and I am honored to serve families as a doula.

I am a licensed Midwife and certified in NRP, CPR, Birth Assisting, and Childbirth Education. While I have pursued extensive education in the birth field, I am currently offering doula services and focusing on providing emotional, physical, and informational support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Supporting families during this important season of life is truly a calling for me. Birth is both a powerful physical experience and a deeply meaningful transition, and I believe every family deserves to feel supported, respected, and empowered during their journey.

My background in midwifery education has deepened my understanding of the birth process, while my work as a doula allows me to focus fully on supporting families in a non-medical role. I value being a steady, encouraging presence—someone who can help create a calm, supportive environment while honoring each family’s unique preferences and choices.

On a personal note, I am the mother of two wonderful children who were both born naturally at home with midwives. My first birth experience with my daughter is what introduced me to the birth world and sparked my passion for supporting other families. That experience opened my eyes to the beauty, strength, and transformation that birth can bring.

From that moment forward, I began learning everything I could about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong passion. I continue to pursue education, training, and new experiences because I believe birth workers should always be learning and growing in order to best serve the families they support.

I approach birth with an open mind and deep respect for the many different ways families choose to welcome their babies. Every journey is unique, and it is an incredible privilege to walk alongside families during such a meaningful time in their lives.

One of the most rewarding parts of this work is witnessing couples become parents, families grow, and new life being welcomed earthside for the very first time. It is an honor I will never take for granted.
