The Heart Behind Sweet Miracles

Stained-glass style image of three serene figures with flowers and moon, titled Sweet Miracles LLC.

Hello families,

My name is Hailey Auve, and I am a Licensed Midwife and Doula. I am also a mother of two children, both born at home with the guidance of midwives. My first birth was deeply impactful and helped shape my desire to walk alongside women and families through many of life’s transitions. My work is rooted in a strong belief that women deserve better education and understanding surrounding their bodies, hormones, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

Personal experiences navigating healthcare, along with watching loved ones struggle to find meaningful guidance through different stages of women’s health, further shaped my commitment to education, advocacy, and collaborative care. These experiences continue to influence the way I approach my work and my desire to help women feel more informed and confident throughout different stages of life.

Faith is an important part of who I am. As a Christian, I am guided by values of service, integrity, and compassion while welcoming individuals and families of all backgrounds and beliefs. I strive to provide education and guidance that respects each person’s experiences, values, and individual goals.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy meaningful conversation, board games, baking for family and friends, and finding joy in everyday moments. I believe humor, connection, and feeling genuinely comfortable are important parts of care as well.

It is a privilege to walk alongside women and families throughout some of life’s most meaningful transitions, and I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to do this work.

With love,
Hailey Auve
CPM, BSM, LM, Doula

My Education and Life

I graduated from the Midwives College of Utah in 2024. Part of my program was to have a webpage that shows my education journey and about myself. This is a more in-depth insight into my personal life, who I am, my birth stories, as well as, my education process. I have continued to update it after my MCU journey ended as my educational journey will never end. Follow this link to see the webpage.

  • Super bills will be issued separately from hailey@sweetmiracles.org upon request.

Private Insurance

At this time, many educational and non-clinical support services are considered private pay. Coverage and reimbursement policies vary between insurance plans and are not guaranteed.

All services will need to be paid up-front and out-of-pocket. A super bill can be provided at the end of care upon request to be submitted to insurance.

Some plans may reimburse you but that is between you and your insurance company. Make sure to check your insurance benefits and understand your coverage.

HSA/FSA

If you have an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Financial Savings Account) you may be able to pay directly for services.

Contact your company to verify and in some cases you will need to pay out-of-pocket and submit a superbill for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA account.

Check Your Insurance

  • Ask about coverage for alternative birth support services and childbirth education in reimbursement policies.
  • Find out what documentation your insurance may require for reimbursement.
  • Find out if pre-authorization is required.
  • Check reimbursement rates as this can be 50-80% not full reimbursement.
  • Ask your insurance company for their process for submitting a claim.
  • Many doulas/midwives may not be in-network. Understand how your plan handles out-of-network services.
  • Once ready submit a claim, follow-up on your claim processing, and if denied appeal the decision by requesting an explanation, gather supporting evidence, and writing a appeal letter.

Sweet Miracles Women’s Health is a licensed Washington State Medicaid provider and accepts Medicaid insurance for qualifying pregnancy and postpartum doula services at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible clients.
