Practices receive timely responses to new client inquiries, initial risk screening aligned with their preferences, and a streamlined intake process that ensures qualified clients are scheduled efficiently.

Charting and Documentation

Starting at $1200/month

All records including charts, labs, ultrasounds, and required clinical information will be organized and maintained consistently. This includes client intake and communication.

  • Uploading faxes, labs, and ultrasounds
  • Chart organization and maintenance 
  • Identification of missing documents
  • Chart review once per month
  • Chart template creation 
  • Email template creation  

Comprehensive Practice Support

Starting at $2000/month

 An all inclusive service that provides client intake and full comprehensive records management. This encompasses the administrative side of care from intake through postpartum. Includes client intake, charting, and documentation. 


Includes:  

  • Client intake support
  • Chart and documentation support
  • Referral creation and fax follow-up
  • Informed consent review and design
  • Supply ordering and cost comparison
  • Birth certificate filing

Birth Statistics/Outcome Tracking

Starting at $400/month

Supports accurate tracking and filing of required birth data and outcomes, helping ensure reporting is complete and ready for review when needed. 


Includes: 

  • Tracking birth statistics
  • Tracking transfer rates and outcomes
  • Monthly summary reports 
  • Entering into preferred system such as ARMUS 
  • Preparation of data for annual reporting. 

Client Education and Marketing

$1000/month

Provides content and resources that educate clients, support engagement, and keep your practice connected to those you serve. 


Includes: 

  • 8–12 social media posts/month
  • 1 blog/educational article/month 
  • 1 custom client education handout/month

Midwifery Licensure Management

$25/month per midwife
